Lucknow, 1 November : City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus is organizing a4-day long International Science and Computer Festival "Macfair International-2022" from 5 to 8 November 2022 at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Around 500 young scientists from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Brazil, Mauritius, Thailand, Russia and various states of India are arriving here to participate in this mega event. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the grand inaugural ceremony of Macfair International-2022 will be held on 5th November at 5.00 pm at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Mr. Sandeep Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Basic Education, UP Govt. will be the chief guest on this occasion.

               Mr Sharma informed that during this international competition, young scientists from India and abroad will be competing in various interesting contests like Science Drama, Debate, Group Discussion, Scientist Character Speak, Science Olympiad (Discovery), Power-Point Presentation, Science Model Display, Sound of Music (Jingles), Rhetoric Extempore, Mathematics Quiz, Science Fiction Writing and Project on Wild-Life Conservation etc. The competitions will be organized in junior and senior categories.

               Mr Sharma added that CMS believes in educating the students about various issues of the world apart from ensuring their academic excellence. Macfair International aims to provide a global and scientific outlook to young students by imparting greater knowledge of Maths, Science, Computer technology, the internet and cyberspace and at the same time, developing a humanistic, scientific temper in the students. He expressed hope that this international event will develop students' ability in various subjects as well as strengthen their determination for World Unity and World Peace.
