Lucknow, 19 February: Association of Private Schools, Uttar Pradesh has submitted a representation to Additional Chief Secretary, Secondary Education, MrsAradhna Shukla along with the order given by the Lucknow Bench of AllahabadHigh Court,asking the state government to reconsider ban on fee hike in private schools in the upcoming academic session, 2022-23. This information was given by President of Association of Private Schools, Uttar Pradesh, ShriAtul Kumar. 
Shri Atul Kumar said that in its order dated 16th February, the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court had asked the state government to reconsider its government order banning fee hike in private schools for the upcoming academic session. At the same time, while fixing the next hearing of the case on February 28, the court has asked the government to reconsider the ban on fee hike in view of its government order to open all schools on February 11.Now the association is awaiting government’sreply after reconsideration of its order to ban fee hike.
