Lucknow, March 6 : City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I organized 'Divine Education Conference' today on its school premises with great fanfare. Chief Guest, Shri Awanish Awasthi, IAS, Chief Advisor to Chief Minister, UP, while addressing the gathering on this occasion, said that foundation of an ideal society can be laid only through the holistic education. A well cultured and peaceful atmosphere at home and school can develop children into balanced human beings and lead them into the right direction. He emphasized that a modern school has a tremendous social responsibility on its shoulders. It aims at making every child both inwardly good and outwardly smart and peaceful. Earlier, Shri Awasthi pay homage to the visionary leader and CMS Founder, Late Dr Jagdish Gandhi. CMS Founder-Director and renowned educationist, Dr. Bharti Gandhi said on this occasion that meaningful education is the whole purpose of life as it leads to total development of children.              At the Divine Education Conference, the meritorious students of the school, who had won prizes in various competitive examinations, cultural programmes, sports competitions and performed excellently in the annual examinations were awarded prizes amidst scintillating educational-cultural items. The programme began with melodious presentations of School Prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Unity Prayer. On this occasion, students presented a series of educational-cultural items mesmerizing one and all.
