Lucknow, April 11 : A three-day Quality Circle Refresher Training Program organized under the chairmanship of Founder of City Montessori School, Dr Jagdish Gandhi at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium concluded successfully. This refresher training programme was organized under the aegis of Kanpur-Lucknow chapter of Quality Circle Forum of India, wherein Mr D K Srivastava, Executive Director, QCFI; Mr Shailendra Kumar, COO of KK Chapter, QCFI, Lucknow and other eminent speakers gave an insight into the basic concepts of quality circles. The programme was conducted by Senior Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Dr Vineeta Kamran. Representatives of multi-national organisations like Pepsico, Mother Dairy, Adani Infrastructure Management, ITC, Parle Biscuits, NTPC, Animal breeding centre etc participated in the training programme.

            Presiding over the convention, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that citizens who are familiar with the concept of quality can contribute significantly in the creative development of the society. Developing the need of quality in the future generation is the need of the hour. Senior Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Dr Vineeta Kamran said that the current age is that of quality and for this we need ‘quality person’ who has the ability to present solutions to the difficult issues of today. This need can be fulfilled only by inculcating the 'Ideology of Quality in Education'.
